Complaints Procedure

We at Elsdale Street Surgery are dedicated to providing all of our patients with excellent clinical care.                                                     

We are aware that sometimes things go wrong which can lead to patients having genuine grounds for making a complaint. If you feel there has been a deficit in the care we provide you please bring this to our attention through the channels outlined below. Elsdale St Surgery aims to respond to patients personally about their complaints.

When generating a complaint please give as much detail as possible. Please do provide us with the names of people involved and your details as this enables us to investigate and provide you with a more appropriate response.
